Edward Nygma (or Nigma), better known as Toe Riddler, is one of Hatman's main shoepervillains, existing in multiple Hatman media. He has a traumatic past, brilliant intellect. His symbol is an enigma, which his name is punned around. He was temporarily a shoeperhertoe. Hertoe or Villain, either way, all hail Riddler. Toe Riddler is known to be narsisitic and wanting to prove he has a superior intellect to Hatman (and the rest of Gotham), there for he leaves shoes around his crimes for Hatman to solve. He's very fond of riddles. He is on tIeGN's top 100 Comic Book Shoepervillains Of All Time list at number 59.
